Eric MacMichael graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, San Diego in 1999. Eric received his Juris Doctor degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley in 2003, graduating Order of the Coif and with a Certificate in Law and Technology. Following law school, Eric served as a law clerk to the Honorable Samuel Conti of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in 2003-2004. Eric joined Keker & Van Nest in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Eric was an associate at Cooley Godward in San Diego.
